Terms of use:
1. No entrance under 18
2. Customers under the influmence of alcohol,  drugs or intoxicants will not be permitted
3. Bringing alcohol and restricted items such as weapons, pyrotehnical materials is prohibited
4. The service may be refused if a customer is under heavy influence of alcohol.
5. Customers are obliged to show IDs at the request
6. Drinking alcohol and smoking are permitted only in a given area
7. Staff take no responsibility for loss of or damage to items left in a room (including drinks and cigarettes)
8. Last orders are realized 15 minutes before closing, while last quests are welcome 30 minutes before closing
9.If a customer causes damage, they are to incur costs of repair
10. With the exception of a changing room, customers are asked to use only a towel to cover body parts
11. When theme party, customers are obliged to dress and behave in line with the profile of the party
12. Carrying out glasses outside is not allowed
13. There is a monitoring system over the front desk
14. Staff may check garments and carried in objects, as well as give instructions to manage the movement of people
15. A customer that does not follow the terms of use may be asked to leave, customers breaking the law will be stopped and reported to the police
16. All the users of SAUNA HEAVEN confirm that they are acquainted with the terms of use and therefore are obliged to follow the terms
17. Staff do not take responsibility for any health problems caused by not following the terms of use.
